Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Bilingual HBTS/PASS Clinician to deliver behavioral health services in families' homes in Rhode Island. You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide training to families while supervising support staff.

The role offers a flexible schedule with afternoons, evenings, and weekends, plus a potential stay-on bonus after six months depending on licensure. A bilingual stipend is available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in social services field.
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Experience with children/adolescents with moderate to severe complex needs.
• Availability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home behavioral assessments with families.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Write progress reports and regulatory documentation.
• Provide family consultations and training sessions.
• Guide staff to ensure proper home-based service delivery.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (not direct clinical staff).
