Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks a Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician to work with families in-home, conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and guiding staff to deliver home-based services. This role focuses on children and families, with responsibilities for thorough documentation and progress reports.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, a valid clinical license, and a driver’s license, with availability mornings through evenings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, or LMFT.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Experience with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs.
• Availability to work morning, after-school, and evening hours.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Access to secured high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home behavioral assessments with families.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and training sessions.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Document treatment methodology, interventions, progress reports, and treatment plans.
• Guide staff to ensure effective implementation of home-based services.
