Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician to work with families in-home, conducting behavioral assessments, creating treatment plans, and guiding staff for effective home-based service delivery.

The role requires active clinical licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMHCA/LMHC/LMFTA/LMFT), a master’s degree in a related field, and a valid driver's license. Flexible afternoons, evenings, and weekends offered to support families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study.
• Active clinical license - LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs.
• Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A compassionate approach to care.
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Work with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Guide staff to ensure effective implementation of home-based services.
• Complete required documentation including progress reports and treatment plan development.
