Job summary
Northeast Family Services in Rhode Island is seeking a Bilingual Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician to assess families at home, develop tailored treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise Direct Support Professionals. You will guide staff to implement home-based services effectively for our clients.
The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field, a valid clinical license (LCSW/LICSW/LMHCA/LMHC/LMFTA/LMFT), and bilingual proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bilingual; Master’s degree in Social Work or related field; active clinical license.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
- Experience with children/adolescents with complex health care needs.
- Availability for mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Responsibilities
- Work with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide family consultations and trainings; supervise Direct Support Professionals.
- Ensure documentation and treatment methodology is accurately written.
- Guide staff to ensure effective implementation of home-based services.
