Applicants must hold an active Rhode Island LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license. The role involves work with children and families across HBTS, PASS, and Outpatient programs and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A current Rhode Island license as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (required before hire)
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
• One year of experience working with children with special needs
• Ability to maintain a personal schedule and punctual demeanor
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete background checks

Responsibilities

• Complete case openings with Treatment Coordinators
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment and behavior plans
• Provide clinical consultation to clients, families and DSPs
• Train and mentor DSPs implementing treatment plans
• Review treatment data and adjust interventions as needed
• Coordinate with collateral providers and maintain timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and EOHHS standards
