Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks a Bilingual Treatment Coordinator / Lead Therapist to support children, adolescents and families in Rhode Island. This role includes supervision of direct service staff, coordinating treatment services, and ensuring thorough documentation as part of a growing community mental health team.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelors degree, at least one year of relevant experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid drivers license with reliable vehicle access.
• Supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals (preferred).
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between individuals and service providers involved in each clients treatment.
• Supervise, train, and manage direct service staff.
• Coordinate all related treatment services and program documentation.
• Support recent bachelors level graduates pursuing masters in behavioral health.
