Job summary

Ocean State Behavioral in Rhode Island seeks a Spanish/English bilingual Treatment Coordinator to support children and families receiving Home-Based Services across Rhode Island.

Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English, hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, or Social Work, and have at least one year of relevant experience. Travel to client homes with a personal vehicle is required and BCI/DCYF CANTS clearances are needed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, or Social Work is required.
• One year of experience with children with healthcare or behavioral health needs preferred.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes across Rhode Island using a personal vehicle with current insurance, registration, and inspection.
• Clearance of BCI and DCYF CANTS is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between families, clinicians, and collateral providers.
• Oversee weekly productivity and work of home-based DSPs.
• Coordinate with schools, Early Intervention, DCYF, FCCP, medical providers, and other involved agencies.
• Maintain program documentation and treatment materials.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of DSPs.
• Collect and organize data and documentation for clinical review and team collaboration.
