Job summary

Futu US Inc. is seeking a Premier Client Service Specialist (Bilingual) to manage relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and provide white‑glove support across U.S. and Hong Kong equity markets.

You will deepen client relationships, guide platform usage, and collaborate with product, trading, and compliance teams to deliver exceptional service and drive asset growth. Bilingual Chinese & English required with licensing (Series 7 & 63).

Qualifications

• Licensing: Series 7 & 63 required.
• 3+ years in financial services, with private banking/wealth management background.
• Experience working with high-net-worth or institutional clients is essential.
• Bilingual (Chinese & English) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients across U.S. and Hong Kong equities.
• Provide white-glove support, resolve client issues quickly and professionally.
• Train clients on platform features and tools to improve trading efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted product advocate between clients and Product/Trading teams.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and asset growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to enhance the premier service.
