Morgan Stanley is hiring a Client Service Associate to provide exceptional client service and support Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, and teams in daily operations. The role includes processing money movements, handling client inquiries, and maintaining client account information with attention to accuracy.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred), and be willing to pursue licensing (Series 7/66 or 63/65). Mandarin skills are a plus; U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required or equivalent.
• College degree preferred for role.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63 and 65.
• Fluent in Mandarin or bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and support daily activities.
• Process money movement requests and relay account information to clients.
• Enter profile information and prepare documents as directed by FAs/PWAs.
• Educate clients on digital tools and online platforms.
• Support marketing and business plan execution for the team.
• Stay current on policies and new platforms; participate in trainings.
