Job summary

Schwab is seeking an Associate, Bilingual Client Services Representative to support international and domestic clients with trading and account inquiries. You will help with stock, ETF, mutual fund and options trading, and translate documents for internal partners and clients in Mandarin/Cantonese.

The role requires Series 7 and 63 or progress toward licenses, plus strong communication and flexible hours including evenings. Hybrid work options offered.

Qualifications

• In addition to English, read, write, and speak Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required or a condition to obtain them within training time.
• Strong verbal and written communication to connect with clients.
• Able to work a structured schedule, including breaks as needed.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve international and domestic clients with trading and account inquiries.
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options.
• Provide document translation services for internal partners and clients.
• Support evening and overnight shifts to assist clients as needed.
