Futu US Inc. is seeking a Premier Client Service Specialist to manage relationships with high-net-worth clients in a bilingual capacity. The role blends private banking know-how with premium service, sales, and trading insights to deepen client trust and asset growth.

You will advise on U.S. and Hong Kong markets, train clients on the Moomoo platform, and coordinate with Product, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver exceptional, white-glove service.

Formación

• Licensing: Series 7 and 63 required.
• Bilingual (Chinese & English) proficiency.
• 3+ years in financial services with private banking/wealth management sales and trading background.
• Familiarity with trading platforms or brokerage systems is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and market knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary liaison for high-net-worth clients, driving asset growth and retention.
• Provide white-glove service, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Educate clients on platform features and guide onboarding and funding.
• Collaborate with Product, Trading, Operations, and Compliance to enhance the client experience.
