Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and light-industrial roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Recruit through Facebook Job Groups, social platforms, and community networks.
• Conduct community outreach at apartment complexes, workforce centers, and events.
• Engage with local Facebook groups to sustain candidate flow and referrals.
• Create compelling job ads and recruiting campaigns to drive volume.
• Screen, interview, and communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, background checks, and I-9/E-Verify.
