Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Field Recruiter who is bilingual in English and Spanish. This on-site, full-time role focuses on high-volume staffing, driving candidate sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring top talent to assignments.

You will build a candidate pipeline, write compelling job postings, conduct drug screens and background checks, and collaborate with clients to meet hiring goals. Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6+ months of staffing or recruiting experience preferred.
• High-volume recruitment experience is a plus.
• Ability to source candidates through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develops sourcing plans using community engagement, schools, and social media.
• Writes effective online job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Screens, interviews, and recommends candidates to fill orders.
• Maintains an active candidate pipeline and updates the database.
• Conducts drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
