Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
• 1-3 years of experience in workforce development, career counseling, or related area; youth experience preferred.
• Experience with WIOA programs, case management, or similar government-funded workforce programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career counseling to students, helping them explore options and set goals.
• Deliver employment services and job readiness training to high school students; refer adults to recruiters/business services.
• Manage ISPs, eligibility determinations, and connections to work-based learning experiences.
• Collaborate with counselors, teachers, and administrators to align services with academic goals.
• Develop and conduct workshops on resume writing, interviewing, and professional etiquette.
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports on outcomes and compliance.
