Insight Public Sector seeks a Service Desk Representative to support desktop hardware, software, and telecom equipment for Insight Customers. You will respond to inquiries in person, by phone, email, and chat, and must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities include handling inbound requests, instructing users, performing on-site visits as needed, and logging/ticketing activities.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate Degree (field related) or equivalent experience required.
• Must have a minimum of one-year helpdesk experience in a corporate environment, two years preferred.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware/software concepts.
• Read, analyze, and interpret general business/professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Effectively manage issues through multiple inbound requests (in person, phone, email, chat).
• Respond to all customer requests in timely and professional manner.
• Instruct end users in the appropriate use of equipment, software, and reference materials.
• Assist with all aspects of technical support, including on-site visits as needed.
• Data entry and ticketing: log calls, tickets, chats, and prioritize accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software, password resets, MS OS, security, and peripherals.
