Job summary

Elation Health is seeking a bilingual Workflow Consultant & Trainer based in Southern California to lead onboarding, training, and workflow optimization for enterprise partners. This part-time contract role (30 hours/week) emphasizes hands-on training, live and virtual sessions, and ongoing workflow consultation in Korean and English.

Qualifications

Fluent in Korean and English; can deliver full training sessions in both languages.
2–5+ years in customer training, clinical education, software onboarding, or workflow consulting.
Experience delivering live and virtual training sessions across diverse roles.
Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical workflows is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Design and lead bilingual onboarding and training sessions for providers and staff across partner networks.
Deliver in-person and structured virtual trainings; create training materials in both languages.
Develop practice-specific workflows and reference guides; maintain session recordings.
Coordinate with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure scalable workflows.
