Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Bilingual Medical Administrative Assistant (Spanish) for a healthcare partner in Southern California. This part-time contract role requires travel between assigned sites and offers mileage reimbursement, paid onboarding, and potential transition to a long-term position.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable working independently, and able to support physicians and patients at multiple local locations

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned local healthcare sites and prepare spaces for scheduled services.
• Welcome and assist patients, provide intake materials, and help ensure required information is complete and organized.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to physicians and the broader healthcare team.
• Complete basic measurements and testing using provided equipment and accurately document required information.
• Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and team members regarding scheduling, attendance, and site-related needs.
• Maintain assigned equipment and materials while following established procedures for each location.
