Job summary

Elation Health is seeking a highly motivated bilingual Workflow Consultant & Trainer based in Southern California to lead onboarding, training, and workflow optimization within our enterprise partner networks. This part-time contract role (30 hours/week) requires fluency in Korean and English, 2–5+ years in healthcare SaaS training, and willingness to travel locally to partner sites and events.

Qualifications

Fluent in Korean and English suitable for bilingual training.
2–5+ years of experience in customer training, clinical education, or SaaS.
Experience delivering live and virtual training sessions.
Familiarity with EHR workflows is a strong plus.
Willingness to travel ~80% in Southern California.

Responsibilities

Design and lead bilingual onboarding and training sessions for providers, clinical staff and administrators.
Deliver both in-person and virtual training using video conferencing tools.
Develop training materials, workflows, quick reference guides, and session recordings.
Run role-specific training tracks and facilitate ongoing refresher trainings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and workflow optimization.
