VXI is seeking a Remote Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our team. This role supports members, providers, and patients, ensuring benefits are clearly explained and accessed while maintaining HIPAA privacy and data security.

You will handle inquiries in Medicare, Billing, and Member Services, documenting interactions and resolving issues to uphold service excellence. A minimum of two years in customer service or health insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum of two years in customer service or healthcare member interactions.
• Experience in call centers and health insurance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries in Member Services, Medicare, and Billing for Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
• Document all interactions and resolve member issues with HIPAA-compliant handling.
• Explain health plan benefits, provider networks, and coverage policies to members.
