Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries in Member Services, Medicare, and Billing in Spanish and English.
• Document all queries and resolve complex calls promptly.
• Explain health plan benefits, networks, and coverage to members.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and comply with company policies.
• Meet call center KPIs and strive for first-contact resolution.
• Navigate CRM, EMR/EHR, and ticketing platforms efficiently.
