Maximus is seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives to help individuals navigate healthcare programs. This on-site role in Riverview/Tampa, FL offers $18.43/hour base pay with a 10% shift differential for evenings, plus bonus opportunities up to $2,880 for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong communication skills.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service for basic inquiries via phone, email, web chat, or letters.
• Calls are basic and routine.
• Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Provides feedback on call trends, processes, and training needs.
• May refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff.
• Answer inquiries in a courteous, professional manner; follow privacy and HIPAA rules.
• Assist callers with online applications and submitting to plan provider for processing.
