The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is reliable, energetic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish required; healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Register new patients and direct current patients via call center.
• Handle high volume calls for scheduling and information gathering.
• Aim for first call resolution and connect callers to the right department.
• Use dual monitors and EMR to access information.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate patient data in EMR.
