Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group is recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Spanish/English for a Public Health Plan in Orange County. This on-site role handles member and provider inquiries about Medi-Cal programs, benefits and enrollment.

Six-month in-office temp with potential for remote/permanent for the right candidate. Pay range is $24-$30/hr, with excellent government benefits for permanent status.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of Call Center CSR experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Basic understanding of managed health care.
• HMO Medi-Cal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a mission-driven culture with member focus on service and accountability.
• Addresses member and provider inquiries about eligibility, enrollment, claims, benefits and services.
• Enter accurate and complete documentation in Facets.
• Maintain relationships with leadership and staff and support team objectives.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume call center.
