Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on provider networks, referrals and pre-authorizations.
• Troubleshoot billing, payments and coverage issues.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive member information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in CRM.
• Meet metrics for response time, resolution rate and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on policies and healthcare industry changes.
