Job summary

Hope Christian Health Center seeks an Exchange Enrollment Facilitator to assist individuals seeking health coverage through Medicaid and Nevada Health Link. You will guide applicants, help with renewals, and educate consumers on coverage options.

Based in Southern Nevada, you will work across community sites, ensuring access to affordable care for uninsured and underinsured populations. The role requires bilingual communication and strong organization to meet enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; required.
• Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation for travel to partner sites and outreach events.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, EMR systems, data entry, and web-based applications.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to support community outreach and enrollment events.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, Nevada Health Link, healthcare enrollment, community outreach, or related services preferred.
• One year of experience in healthcare enrollment, community outreach, patient navigation, customer service, social services, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one enrollment assistance for Nevada Medicaid, Nevada Check Up, and Nevada Health Link Marketplace plans.
• Conduct eligibility screenings and assist consumers with applications, renewals, redeterminations, and required documentation.
• Resolve eligibility issues, application discrepancies, and enrollment barriers.
• Follow up with consumers regarding application status, documentation requirements, and renewal deadlines.
