Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a full-time Bilingual Dental Health Care Patient Navigator within Sheridan Health Services. Qualifications

• > Four (4) years of experience in a health care setting with referral coordination in a clinical or health-plan context.
• - Bilingual in Spanish/English required in clinical settings.
• - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• > Serve as primary point of contact for dental patients to support access, engagement and continuity of care.
• - Maintain records of patient interactions, referrals, and outcomes in the EHR.
• - Coordinate dental referrals and ensure completion in EHR and with providers.
• - Assist with insurance verification and eligibility screening; scheduling and pre-authorization.
