Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Groundskeeper for a 300-unit apartment community in Clermont, FL. The role covers general upkeep of grounds and common areas, with a focus on outdoor work and attention to detail.

The position is hourly non-exempt at $18.00 per hour and includes a monthly renewal bonus in addition to base pay. Responsibilities include patrolling the property, trash pickup, light maintenance, and following directions from the Community Manager and Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid FL driver's license to operate a golf cart on site.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property grounds and common areas.
• Pick up trash and debris.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance with tools and cleaning supplies.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Rate: $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 300-unit apartment community centrally located in the heart of Clermont! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!

Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Valid FL DL to drive a golf cart on the property.

Responsibilities

• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/orAssistant Community Manager.
