Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have permission to work in the U.S.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, communications, or customer service.
• Ability to travel to Mexico as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to fund advisor inquiries.
• Coordinate and manage grant processes for assigned funds.
• Support communications materials reflecting ICF’s bilingual identity.
