Job summary

Cato Networks, United States, seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to manage day-to-day logistics across global shipments, inventory movements, supplier coordination, and order fulfilment.

You will work with Global Support, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely delivery, optimize workflows, and maintain accurate ERP/CRM documentation while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within a global technology company.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and working with logistics providers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems — advantage (Salesforce preferred).
• Availability for occasional after-hours support when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance across suppliers and logistics vendors.
• Track inventory movements and support inventory accuracy across global locations.
• Support order fulfilment processes for new customer orders, RMAs, and replacement shipments.
• Work closely with Global Support, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Help optimize logistics workflows and drive automation and scalability across supply chain operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and system updates within ERP/CRM platforms.
• Proactively communicate shipment status, delays, and operational risks to stakeholders.
