Job summary

VISASQ/COLEMAN seeks motivated Associates to connect Japanese clients with global experts from our expanding Phoenix team. You will join a comprehensive 12-week training program designed to prepare you to independently support client engagements as a Global Fulfillment Associate.

Based in Phoenix, AZ, November 2026 start, you will recruit experts, vet candidates, coordinate client communications, and ensure project success through rigorous research and compliance practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude with problem-solving and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
• Language skills: Advanced proficiency or higher in both Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts for our network and vet internal candidates for project needs.
• Research and vet experts to match client strategies across industries.
• Coordinate client communications and organize meetings between experts and clients.
• Maintain compliance standards across sectors to ensure integrity of engagements.
• Network with top professionals and apply research methods to identify suitable experts.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects for client success.
• Negotiate to advocate for optimal outcomes in expert engagements.
