VISASQ/COLEMAN seeks an Associate, Client Management in Phoenix, AZ, starting September 2026. You will kick off with a 12-week training, then independently manage client engagements by connecting clients with top experts and coordinating timelines.

You will develop skills in expert recruitment, vetting, and project coordination while maintaining high compliance standards across sectors. Authorized to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem solving and adaptability.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Foreign language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts for our network and vet internal data for project needs.
• Identify, vet, and present qualified experts for client projects.
• Coordinate client communications and schedule meetings between experts and clients.
• Ensure compliance standards across industries are upheld.
