VISASQ/COLEMAN seeks motivated professionals to join our Client Management Team in Phoenix, AZ. You will complete a comprehensive 12-week training program and then independently work as an Associate, connecting industry experts with clients to drive success.

The role emphasizes expert recruitment, industry vetting, and coordinating client communications, with a focus on compliance, research skills, and project coordination across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts for our network and vet our internal database for best candidates.
• Identify, vet, qualify, and present the most qualified experts for projects.
• Coordinate client communications and manage meetings between experts and clients.
• Ensure compliance standards are understood and upheld across industry sectors.
• Leverage networking and research to identify suitable experts for client projects.
