VISASQ/COLEMAN is seeking motivated professionals to join the Client Management Team in Phoenix, AZ. You will begin with a comprehensive 12-week training program to become an Associate on our Client Management team, connecting industry experts with clients and driving successful engagements.

Role involves recruiting new experts, vetting our database, coordinating client communications, and upholding compliance standards across sectors while developing professional skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Foreign language skills (e.g., Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Dutch, Scandinavian) are a plus but not required.
• Prior sales, recruiting, or management experience is welcomed.
