Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Business Development Associate to act as the operational liaison between customers and internal supply chain teams, managing orders, coordinating forecasts, and communicating risks across a global network.

The role requires strong analytical skills, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced international environment with cross-functional teams including market leaders, logistics, and production planning.

Qualifications

2–5 years in customer service, demand planning, or supply chain coordination.
Experience in international business and sales operations.
Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Proficient with Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JDE).

Responsibilities

Process and monitor customer purchase orders from receipt through fulfillment.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
Monitor open orders and communicate delivery updates to customers.
Analyze forecasts and align demand with production capabilities.
Identify risks and escalate to Market Leaders.
Generate reports on forecast accuracy, inventory positions, and order performance.
