Job summary

Spyglass Corporate Services Group in Lake Forest is seeking a Supply Planner to maximize supply chain performance and ensure on-time delivery. The role involves coordinating with Manufacturing, Operations, Sales and Warehousing to balance customer demand with material availability and production capacity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience in material planning and inventory management, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, logistics, production management or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing process, inventory management, or materials planning.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes supply chain performance by balancing demand, material availability, capacity, and inventory objectives.
• Leads production planning by reviewing schedules, capacity, and material availability with cross-functional teams.
• Monitors inventory readiness and resolves shortages to prevent delays and excess stock.
• Collaborates with Purchasing to address supplier delays and align material availability with production needs.
• Provides timely order status and lead-time information to customers and commercial teams.
• Implements tools and processes to improve planning efficiency and inventory turns.
• Collects and analyzes supply chain data to provide actionable insights for leadership.
