Job summary

Aeroservicios USA in Miami, a leading provider of ground support equipment, seeks a Production Planner & Procurement Specialist to drive master production schedules, manage vendor sourcing, and enforce safety standards across fabrication lines.

The role requires strong English/Spanish communication, ERP/MRP experience, and collaboration with engineering, fabrication, and procurement teams to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years in production planning, inventory control, and purchasing in heavy manufacturing.
Extensive OSHA knowledge and ability to apply it to fabrication lines.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize master production schedules for GSE.
Coordinate with engineering, welding, fabrication, and assembly to balance capacity.
Monitor WIP and implement contingency plans to hit delivery dates.
Generate daily/weekly reports on schedule adherence and throughput.
Manage end-to-end procurement for structural steel, hydraulics, and BOMs.
Source suppliers, negotiate terms and SLAs to reduce costs.
Track POs, shipments, and invoices, resolving discrepancies.
Ensure OSHA compliance and safety audits across bays.
