Job summary

Barcel USA LLC seeks a Business Development Associate to coordinate customer orders, forecast demand, and manage supply chain interfaces globally. You will challenge forecasts when needed and align demand plans with market trends to support growth.

You will work with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Production Planning teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, tracking KPIs, and communicating risks and mitigation plans across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Coordination, International Business, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer purchase orders from receipt through fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to secure timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with customers to collect, review, and maintain rolling sales forecasts.
• Monitor open orders and communicate delivery updates to customers.
• Identify risks that could impact performance and escalate when needed.
