Job summary

Suvida Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team serving Medicare-eligible Hispanic seniors in Dallas, TX. You will provide patient-centered PT services, design movement programs, and improve access to high-quality care in a culturally responsive environment.

Requirements include a DPT, Texas license or eligibility, BLS, and at least 3 years of PT experience, with geriatric expertise and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license or ability to obtain one.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations using clinical observation and standardized testing.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans to improve function.
• Provide patient-centered education to improve movement and activity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to set goals.
• Lead fall prevention classes and perform fall risk screenings.
• Supervise PTAs and PT interns.
