Job summary

Suvida Healthcare LLC in Tucson, AZ seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy, optimize movement, and support high-risk patient populations within an integrated care team.

You will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based therapy programs, lead education efforts, and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to improve outcomes and the patient experience. Arizona licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of physical therapy experience.
• Geriatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred (required).
• Advanced Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations using clinical observation and tests.
• Develop individualized evidence-based care plans to improve function.
• Provide patient-centered education to improve movement and activity.
• Use technology to support patients and caregivers.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and safety instructions for patients.
• Supervise PTAs and PT interns.
• Collaborate with care teams to set therapy goals.
• Deliver high-quality, empathetic patient experiences.
