Job summary

Suvida Healthcare LLC in Tucson, AZ seeks a bilingual Physical Therapist (English/Spanish) to join our integrated primary care team. You will provide patient-centered PT services, improve movement, manage pain, and help deliver high-quality care to Medicare-eligible seniors.

The role emphasizes 3+ years of experience, geriatric care, and licensure in Arizona. You will supervise PTAs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in fall risk screenings and patient education.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 3+ years of physical therapy experience, geriatric preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; required per role.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized PT plans.
• Lead 1-on-1 patient care and supervise PTAs/PT interns.
• Educate patients and caregivers on movement and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Lead fall prevention and screenings as part of program.
