Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed standards.
• Coach and develop team; drive new business and revenue growth; ensure compliance.
• Lead local marketing efforts, partnerships, referrals, and community events.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and related transactions; assess risk within limits.
• Enforce quality standards, procedures, and laws; assist audits and compliance reviews.
• Oversee cash management, security, and loss prevention; manage openings/closings.
• Schedule staff; ensure adequate coverage and staffing levels.
• Handle complex customer issues with integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain store appearance, planograms, and promotional materials.
• Adapt to fast-paced changes and perform additional tasks as directed.
