TitleMax in Beaumont, TX is seeking a General Manager (GM) to drive store performance, coach a diverse team, and deliver world‑class service. You will oversee daily operations, implement training, and lead local marketing efforts to grow revenue while maintaining compliance.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, leadership experience in relevant industries, and proficiency with POS and MS Office. This is a full‑time, in‑person position with a focus on performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in retail, finance, or related industries.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with phones, POS, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance and meet/exceed standards.
• Coach and develop team to grow revenue.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships.
• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audits.
• Oversee cash handling, store security, and expenses.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for 40+ hours weekly.
