IBC Bank is seeking a Foreign Exchange Wire Specialist I to deliver FX wire services, quote currencies, and support FX traders. This in-office role requires strong customer service and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

The position involves negotiating rates, processing wire transfers, and ensuring regulatory disclosures are met in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with knowledge of currencies and MS Office a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; bilingual capabilities required.
• Knowledge of major world currencies and their relation to the USD.
• Basic math skills and accurate calculator use.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FX wire services and provide prompt customer service.
• Provide current exchange rates and quotes for wires in foreign currency.
• Negotiate exchange rates with customers/prospects.
• Initiate wire transfers and process through the Wire Transfer system.
• Provide regulatory disclosures to customers and assist FX Traders.
