Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance.
• High degree of self-motivation and positive attitude.
• Customer centric and enjoys serving others.
• Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet.
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Be a go-getter and make a positive first impression.
• Circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner.
• Know your products and find the perfect fit for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of system functionality for faster order processing.
• Identify and resolve post-order problems quickly and coordinate with sales or customer care teams.
