Job summary

Sci Corp seeks a motivated sales-focused professional to engage with families, present funeral and cemetery options, and guide them through the contract process. You will drive a company vehicle, capture selections electronically, and follow up with clients to ensure a smooth experience.

Strong bilingual communication and CRM skills are essential. Role requires night/weekend availability and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
Experience in customer service or direct sales is needed.
Willingness to work in the death industry is essential.
Must pass the company’s internal presentation certification within 30 days of employment.
Available to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
Must hold a valid driver’s license and Life Insurance license as applicable.

Responsibilities

Connect with families, explain services and options, and assist with selections.
Present electronic presentations to customers and discuss property options.
Drive company vehicle to show cemetery plots or niches.
Enter selections into electronic contracts and obtain signatures.
Follow up with families as arrangements progress and address concerns.
Maintain leads in Salesforce and aim for a 4-to-1 close rate.
Collaborate with funeral and cemetery teams to ensure quality service.
