Job summary

YQN Logistics Co. in Buford, GA is seeking a dedicated bilingual full-cycle recruiter to join our HR team on-site. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring we hire qualified and motivated individuals who fit our culture and goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, proven recruiting experience, and proficiency with ATS/HR software. Chinese language skills are highly preferred to support our growing cross-border team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting role.
• Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and candidate statuses.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
