Job summary

TeamBuilders Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Client Services Specialist to be the first point of contact at the Los Lunas front office, manage appointments, verify insurance, and help families with paperwork. The role emphasizes a warm, professional welcome and efficient administration in a community-based behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, completing intakes, and supporting clinicians and school partners.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Pass criminal background checks (local, state, FBI).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health/healthcare front office.
• Ability to manage front desk operations with ownership and organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and check in, maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.
• Coordinate care: scheduling, brief intake, and insurance verification for access to care.
• Assist with registrations, consents, and authorizations for new clients.
• Coordinate with referral sources and schools for timely referrals and intake (within 24 hours).
• Process client payments and maintain lobby organization and cleanliness.
