AGAPE PAIN MANAGEMENT & ANESTHESIA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative in Las Cruces, NM. You will greet patients, book appointments, handle calls, check eligibility, obtain authorizations, and collect payments in a busy pain management clinic.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has excellent communication and computer skills, and can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Run insurance eligibility
• Obtain Prior Authorization
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
