Bradley Dental in Bradley - Bourbonnais, IL is seeking Front Desk Receptionists to join a dedicated team. The role focuses on scheduling appointments, supporting operations, and delivering excellent patient service.

Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus, with emphasis on customer service and phone skills. The practice emphasizes caring for underserved communities, offering competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and other employee perks.

Formación

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Customer service experience.
• Previous dental or medical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication.
• Schedule patient appointments monthly and daily patient goals.
• Answer phones and confirm appointments.
• Greet and check-in patients.
• Accurately verify dental benefits.
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment.
• Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles.
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies.
• Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish) with excellent customer service and phone skills, and a passion for helping others.
