Goldfish Swim School - Centereach is hiring a Front Desk Representative to support member enrollment and inquiries with a friendly, energetic approach. You will handle phones, registrations, tours, and check-ins while maintaining a clean, welcoming front desk environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in customer service, and basic computer skills. Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, and weekends; paid training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries professionally.

• Resolve member concerns with a professional approach.
• Check in parents and students for lessons and maintain front desk areas.
• Support management with documentation and reports as needed.
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when required.
